What happens to what you send me, in plain words. No lawyer wrote this to be impossible to read.

Who holds your data
Jeremy Espiard, online coach. Any question about your data, or any request to see or delete it, goes to contact@jeremyespiard.com and is answered by me, not by a support desk.
What the form collects
Your main goal, what you want most from the work, two open answers about where you want to be and what has stopped you, and your name, email and phone number. That is the whole list. Nothing is collected in the background.
Why, and on what basis
So I can read your application and reply to you personally. That is the service you asked for by sending it, which is the legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not send you anything on a schedule.
Who else touches it
Two suppliers, both acting only on my instructions. Vercel hosts the site in Europe and counts visits to it. Resend sends the two emails, one to me with your application, one to you confirming it arrived. Nobody else receives your data, and none of it is ever sold or shared for advertising.
The WhatsApp step
After the form, your answers are held in your own browser for the length of that visit, so the WhatsApp message opens already written. You can edit or delete every word of it before you send anything. Once sent, the conversation lives in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms, not mine.
How long it is kept
The application email sits in my inbox. If we start working together it stays as part of our file. If we do not, ask me to delete it and it goes.
Cookies
One cookie, and only after you switch language: it remembers that choice so the site opens in the right language next time. That is the whole list. Visits are counted without any cookie and without anything being stored on your device: it tells me how many people opened the page and roughly where they came from, never who they are. No advertising pixel, nothing that follows you here or anywhere else. If that ever changes you will be asked first, and you will be able to say no.
What you can ask for
A copy of what I hold, a correction, or deletion. Also the right to object, and the right to complain to the CNIL if you think I have handled something badly. Write to contact@jeremyespiard.com and you will hear back from me.
